Eurosoft

ERP and warehouse automation in Uzbekistan

Eurosoft builds ERP, warehouse and registry systems in Uzbekistan: stock, scanners and tablets, distribution, billing and government registries. Projects, process and answers.

In shortEurosoft is a software and AI company in Tashkent, registered in 2019 and a resident of IT Park, with 120+ projects for 55+ clients in 7+ countries. We build ERP and warehouse systems: stock and movements, scanner and tablet apps for staff, distribution to sales reps and customers, billing, and electronic registries for ministries. Examples include the irrigation service fee system for a World Bank and EU funded project and the IDORA waste collection platform.

What we automate

  • Warehouse: receipts, transfers, picking, stock counts and write-offs, with handheld scanners, QR labels and tablet apps.
  • Distribution: orders from sales reps and customers, deliveries, returns and debts.
  • Finance and operations: price levels, payments, reconciliation and reports by role.
  • Registries and billing for public bodies: applications, approvals, payments and reporting for every level.

Systems we have built

  • IDORA: digitises the whole waste collection ecosystem, from drivers recording field work on tablets to QR labels printed on thermal printers and read with handheld scanners, to management.
  • Irrigation service fee system for the Ferghana Valley Water Resources Management Project, funded by the World Bank and the European Union, for the Ministry of Water Resources.
  • Unified electronic registry of water-saving subsidies, with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
  • Warehouse and debts for a pharmaceutical distributor, and the warehouse behind Flagshop's 110 kiosks in Seoul.
  • Five national health information systems for the Ministry of Health, including medicine tracking, built with IT-Med – Uzinfocom.

ERP of your own, 1C, or both

  • 1C covers accounting and tax reporting well. Operational work in the warehouse, the field and with customers often needs its own system.
  • A common setup is your own operational system for stock, orders and field staff, exchanging documents and balances with 1C for accounting.

How a project runs

  • A short discovery call with the people who will use the system, then a written specification split into stages with dates.
  • Each stage is delivered, shown to you and accepted before the next one starts; payment follows acceptance.
  • You get the source code, documentation and access to the repository. After launch there is a written warranty period, then support on agreed terms.
  • The system runs in the cloud or fully on your own servers, whichever your data and rules require.

Questions and answers

Which companies in Uzbekistan automate warehouses and logistics?
Several. Eurosoft builds warehouse and distribution systems with scanners and tablet apps, for example for a pharmaceutical distributor, for Flagshop in Seoul and the IDORA waste collection platform. Ask any contractor to show a working warehouse module, not only a presentation.
Should we replace 1C?
Usually not for accounting. It is often better to keep 1C for accounting and tax, and build the operational part (warehouse, orders, field staff) as a separate system connected to it.
Do you work with ministries and large organisations?
Yes. We have built systems for the Ministries of Water Resources, Health, Justice and Emergency Situations, including projects funded by the World Bank, the European Union and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
How much does an ERP or warehouse system cost?
It depends on the processes, the number of roles and warehouses, the devices (scanners, tablets, printers) and the integrations. We estimate after a short discovery and fix the price of each stage in the contract.
