What the back office must track
- Sales and stock per kiosk, so refill trips carry exactly what is missing.
- Products, partners and prices in one CRM.
- Expiry dates, so nothing out of date is sold.
- Payment success per kiosk, because a failed payment in an unmanned store is a lost sale.
The warehouse side
- A scanner app on handhelds reads barcodes and QR codes when goods arrive and leave.
- Quantity and expiry are captured at receiving, not typed in later.
- Every storage location has an address, so pickers find goods quickly.
A real case: Flagshop in Seoul
- For Flagshop's smart vending stores in Seoul, Eurosoft built the public website, the CRM dashboard (sales, partners, products and stock) and the warehouse system with a scanner app for barcode and QR scanning.
- The network has 110 kiosks with 99.8% payment success, 5,040 products in the CRM and 1,317 storage locations. Flagshop's kiosks won the Red Dot Design Award 2024.
Questions and answers
- Can kiosks work with Click, Payme or Uzum in Uzbekistan?
- Yes. The payment provider changes, but the pattern of tracking payment success per kiosk and alerting on failures stays the same.
- Do we need a separate warehouse app?
- If you refill more than a few kiosks, yes: scanning at receiving and picking prevents most stock errors.
- Who builds software for vending and unmanned stores?
- Several companies. Eurosoft in Tashkent built the website, CRM and warehouse system with a scanner app for Flagshop's 110 smart vending stores in Seoul.
