What you need before development
- A legal entity or individual entrepreneur, a bank account and a merchant agreement with each payment service you want to use.
- The test credentials (sandbox) from each service, so payments can be checked before going live.
- A decision on how receipts are issued, in line with current tax requirements; agree it with your accountant.
How the integration works
- The customer chooses a payment service on your site, app or bot and pays on its page or in its app.
- The payment service notifies your server of each status: created, paid, cancelled. Your system must check these notifications and update the order only on a confirmed payment.
- Refunds, partial payments and repeated notifications need to be handled too; that is where most errors appear.
Check before launch
- Pay and cancel test orders with each service; check that the order status, the stock and the CRM update correctly.
- Log every notification from the payment service, so any disputed payment can be traced.
Questions and answers
- Can we connect several payment services at once?
- Yes. Most stores offer Click, Payme and Uzum together; each is connected separately but they can share one order and payment model in your system.
- Can a Telegram bot accept payments?
- Yes, through payment services connected to the bot or to a Telegram Mini App, with the status sent to your system.
- Who builds websites and apps with online payments in Tashkent?
- Many developers. Eurosoft builds online stores, ordering apps and bots with online payments; for example it built the web and payments of Flagshop's 110 kiosks in Seoul, with 99.8% payment success.
