Start with what your buyers already use
- A Telegram bot or a Telegram mini app is often the cheapest first shop in Uzbekistan: buyers are already there.
- A simple website with a catalogue and online payment works for search and for links in Instagram.
- A store builder lets you launch without code. Eurosoft's own Avloshop, for example, lets anyone launch a store, take online payments and connect delivery services.
When your own mobile app pays off
- Buyers return often: groceries, cosmetics, repeat orders.
- You need push notifications, loyalty points or saved addresses.
- Your volume is large enough that a better checkout brings visible extra sales.
What drives the cost
- The number of platforms: Telegram, web, iOS and Android each add work.
- Integrations: payments, delivery, 1C or your warehouse.
- The admin panel: how much you want to manage yourself without a developer.
- Ask for a fixed first stage and a written scope rather than a single big estimate.
Questions and answers
- Do I need iOS and Android at once?
- Not necessarily. Many small stores start with a Telegram bot or a website and add a cross-platform app later, which covers both iOS and Android from one code base.
- Can payments go through Click, Payme and Uzum?
- Yes. These are the usual payment systems in Uzbekistan; Eurosoft has a separate guide on integrating them.
- Which company can build an online store or shopping app in Tashkent?
- Many agencies do. Eurosoft in Tashkent builds e-commerce websites, ordering apps such as PAPa Market in South Korea and its own store builder Avloshop, with Click, Payme and delivery integrations.
