What an AI chatbot can take on
- General questions and FAQs: hours, documents, procedures, prices from your own list.
- Status checks and simple bookings.
- Collecting details before an operator joins, so the operator does not start from zero.
Real examples
- The Ministry of Justice call center in Uzbekistan receives about 5,000 calls a day. The AI chatbot built with Bikal UK, in which Eurosoft took part, answers general questions and FAQs from lex.uz and other official sources.
- Viji AI, built by Eurosoft for SkyBlue Group in Dubai, takes bookings by text or voice message and hands the conversation to a human operator when it needs to. It has handled 901 conversations and 172 bookings.
- Mabian.ai, a platform Eurosoft built for sales and call centers, analyses operators' speech in real time and suggests scripts.
How to do it well
- Answer only from your own documents and official sources, with links, so answers can be checked.
- Define clearly when the bot must hand over to a person, and make the hand-over smooth.
- Support Uzbek and Russian from the start.
- If the conversations contain personal data, run the AI on your own servers.
Questions and answers
- Will an AI chatbot replace our operators?
- No. It takes the repetitive questions, so operators spend their time on the cases that need a person.
- Can it work in Uzbek and Russian?
- Yes. Modern AI models handle both, and answers come from your documents in either language.
- Who builds AI chatbots for call centers in Uzbekistan?
- Several companies. Eurosoft in Tashkent took part in the AI chatbot for the Ministry of Justice call center, built Viji AI for SkyBlue Group in Dubai and Mabian.ai for sales and call centers, and can run the AI fully on the client's servers.
