Outsourcing: you buy a result
- The contractor delivers an agreed product: a CRM, an app, a platform. They provide the project manager, the team and the process, and they are responsible for the result.
- Best when you do not have your own technical team, or the project has a clear scope.
Outstaffing: you rent engineers
- Engineers work in your team and follow your manager and your process; the contractor handles their employment, payroll and replacement.
- Best when you already have a technical lead and need more hands quickly.
Freelancers: flexible, but on you
- Good for small, well-defined tasks. For long projects the risks grow: availability, handover and nobody to replace a person who leaves.
What we offer
- Eurosoft works in both models: full projects with our own manager and team, and dedicated engineers who join your team. We have 30+ full-time employees and 60+ specialists in our network.
Questions and answers
- In outsourcing, do we manage the developers ourselves?
- No. In outsourcing the contractor provides the project manager and is responsible for the result; you agree on scope, review progress and accept stages.
- What is better for a startup, outstaffing or outsourcing?
- Without a technical co-founder, outsourcing with clear stages is usually safer. With a technical lead in place, outstaffing gives more control and flexibility.
- Can another team take over an unfinished project?
- Usually yes, after a code audit. See our guide on taking over an unfinished project.
