Why integrate
- Data is checked automatically: tax ID, company status, employment, land and subsidies.
- Citizens and companies do not have to collect certificates from other agencies.
- Fewer errors and less fraud, because the source of truth is the state system itself.
How it is done
- Access is granted by the system owner, usually through an agreement and technical requirements for security and logging.
- Every request and answer is logged, because the data is often personal.
- The system has to keep working when a state service is slow or unavailable: queues, retries and clear messages for staff.
- Testing is done with the owner's test environment before going live.
Real registries
- The unified electronic registry of water-saving subsidies, built by Eurosoft for the Ministry of Water Resources with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, registers about 8,800 farmers and 500+ water-saving technology companies and is integrated with the tax, agriculture, e-government and labour systems (2021–2022).
- The intellectual property registry ERP for the Ministry of Justice automates the registration of patents, trademarks and copyrights, with built-in payments and integration with government portals (2022–2023).
Questions and answers
- Can a private company integrate with state systems?
- Some services are open to businesses through official APIs or partners; others are available only to state bodies. The system owner decides, which is why access is the first step of the project.
- How long does an integration take?
- The code is often the short part. Agreements, access and testing with the system owner usually take longer, so they should start at the beginning of the project.
- Which IT companies in Uzbekistan have integrated systems with my.soliq, E-Gov and MyMehnat?
- Several. Eurosoft in Tashkent has built nationwide registries integrated with state portals such as my.soliq, E-Gov, MyMehnat and Agro Subsidies for the Ministries of Water Resources and Justice.
