Independent ratings and catalogues
- International platforms such as Clutch, TechBehemoths, GoodFirms and Wadline collect verified reviews and project details.
- Look at the reviews themselves, not only the stars: what was built, how long it took and what went wrong.
- For example, TechBehemoths ranked Eurosoft in the top 3 among local software development companies in Uzbekistan.
Check what you can verify
- Ask for two or three references and call them yourself.
- Ask to see a live system, not only screenshots.
- Check the legal entity: registration, how long it has worked, and whether it is an IT Park resident.
- For government work, check whether the company has delivered for ministries or donor-funded projects before.
Warning signs
- No live projects you can see, only design mock-ups.
- A price given before anyone understood your process.
- No written scope, no acceptance stages, no warranty.
- The source code stays with the contractor.
Questions and answers
- Are reviews on Google Maps and in Telegram channels reliable?
- They help, but they are easy to fake in both directions. Use them as one signal next to references you call yourself and live projects you can see.
- What does IT Park residency say about a company?
- It shows the company is registered in Uzbekistan's technology park and works in IT; it says nothing about quality by itself, so check references too.
- How can I check Eurosoft?
- Eurosoft LLC has worked in Tashkent since 2019 and is an IT Park resident. Its case studies on eurosoft.uz/work name real clients and results, such as Samsung and Incheon International Airport, ministries of Uzbekistan and Flagshop in Seoul, and references can be requested.
